ACD INC. (head office: Koto Ward, Tokyo, Representative Director: Mr. Yasuhiro Sonoda, hereinafter called “ACD”) has been working on application of and has already acquired patent on “EKKYO.NET” in Japan and Taiwan (ASP service to complement customs clearing by preliminarily registering goods to be sold on cross-border e-commerce; patent number 6047679). Following Japan and Taiwan, ACD has recently acquired patent on “EKKYO.NET” in Korea (patented date: May 24, 2019; patent application number: 10-2016-7036148）

Through “EKKYO.NET”, manufacturers and suppliers of patented countries shall be able to register products with overseas custom and quarantine offices from their own country and consummate all commercial distribution of cross-border e-commerce in their own county.
Currently, ACD has finalized filing application of patents in 13 countries including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, etc. and those applications are under review in each country. Moreover, ACD is making preparations to file application of patent in other countries and will file them sequentially.
