Commencement of supporting service for developing and operating WeChat Mini Program
ACD INC. (head office: Koto Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mr. Yasuhiro Sonoda, hereinafter ”ACD”) has commenced service for introducing WeChat Mini Program covering the phases from development to operation.
WeChat Mini Program is download-free application tool which shall be able to provide various service within WeChat, the largest SNS in China and provides the service enabling more than one billion WeChat users to collect information with ease and enjoy shopping and games.
Since it is difficult to obtain information on Japan with ease from within the borders of China through Japanese SNS and Website, WeChat Mini Program enables Chinese users to collect information such as tourist information within the area administrated by government, traffic information and restaurant information by one touch and obtain transportation guidance in Japan and pre-order transportation tickets and accommodations.
ACD shall provide services to Chinese tourists visiting Japan as effective solution covering from TABIMAE (customer collection, advance reservation)-TABINAKA (excursion, settlement) to TABIATO (diffusion, cross-border e-commerce) through developing tool and supporting operation, when WeChat Mini Program is introduced in the areas administrated by government and the commercial facilities around Japan.
As of October 2019, we have already concluded contracts with regional governments and private companies around the country and have more than 50 inquiries every month since we began accepting orders in August 2019.
